Running the game as admin causes my whole PC to slow down to ridiculous speeds and it basically becomes unusable until I've logged out or restarted it (I also have to do this if it crashes when trying to play missions). I've tried to fix this by downloading older audio and streams folders, however, to no success.
files in the streams folder it crashes upon starting missions. The game only crashes if I listen to Radio Los Santos and in barbershops, or if I've deleted the CH, CO, etc. I've been trying to troubleshoot this game for several days, first of all, I've downgraded the game to 1.0 via the SADowngrader, I've got the Silent Patch, GInput, Widescreen Wesser, LimitAdjuster, SALodLights, and a modloader installed.
